Acceptable Use Policy

Below is a list of improper uses: Harassment, abusive, threatening messages, obscene or pornographic messages or images, libelous or defamatory messages, any unlawful, criminal or fraudulent activity. The user may not send viruses, destructive disruptive files. The user may not steal passwords, personal or credit card information for identity theft purposes. Violations of the acceptable use policy will not be tolerated. Idiooz.com reserves the right to terminate and disable a members subscription without compensation or refund. In the event of a violation, Idiooz.com retains the right to disclose to third parties such as law enforcement authorities, counsel and recipients of the greeting cards, relevant information about a transmittal. These disclosures may be made with or without prior notification to the user. By subscribing on Idiooz.com, you irrevocably consent to such disclosures.
Creating Your E-Greeting Cards, Notes with Photos, Images and/or Commentary
As part of the uniqueness of the Site, you are able to create your own e-greeting card by uploading your own photo, logo or other materials. When you create your own greeting card with your personalized greeting, you are subject to the conditions outlined in the terms of this agreement. When you upload the photo and/or images to our site you are stating that you own the photo and /or image and have full rights to its use. When you upload material to the Site and use it to create an e-greeting card or note, your material will be used for the transmission of your digital greeting, however, Idiooz.com may also use the material in the course of performing testing, promotion, training and/or archiving of our and our partner program systems and hereby expressly reserve the right to do so.
