Q - Can I view the card once it is completed?
A - You are able to view the card once it is completed, however, at this time you are not able to make corrections. If you want to make corrections or changes to the card, you need to start over again.
Q - Sometimes the envelope does not open?
A - If you double click in the upper right hand corner of the envelope where the stamp is located, the card will open. To close the card, double click in the upper left hand corner of the portion of the card that has your greeting written on it, and the card will close.
Q - Can I subscribe for one month?
A - Idiooz.com is a monthly subscription that automatically charges your credit card $29.00 each month. If you plan on using the site for only 1 month, then you need to cancel your subscription before the end of the 30 day period of time. Partial portions of the month are not refundable.
Q - When I send a list of email addresses, how come some of the e-mails are not received?
A - Idiooz.com will send out every one of your email addresses, whether they are individual or on a list, however, there are websites that will block unfamiliar sites. If your email was not received, that site has blocked entry. Idiooz.com is not responsible for the blocked emails.
Q - Can I have specialized cards created for my company?
A - Yes! Idiooz.com has graphic designers that can design and create e-greeting cards with your logo and to your specifications. The fee will depend on the time it takes to create each e-greeting card. My designers charge $110.00 per hour. Please allow 2 weeks for the completion of the cards.
Q - Will I be able to pre-schedule the sending of the e-greeting cards?
A - Absolutely Yes! The sender can pre-schedule Holiday cards in January if needed. Doctors and dentists can pre-schedule reminder cards at the time the patient makes their next appointment. Management can pre-schedule birthday cards for their employees.
Q - What should I do if I send a card to the wrong email address?
A - Click on the "Edit Scedule of eCard" tab under the Account Management menu item. On this page you will be able to edit your e-card and change your date, time or recipient.
